Service Description

Thali is a large platter that is used to serve an entire meal comprising of many different dishes served in small bowls (katori). The vegetarian dishes are complemented by flatbread, rice, pickles, papad and salad. Today you will learn how to make: • Mixed Veg Pakoras (crispy fritters) • Channa Masala (spicy chickpeas) • Baigan Bharta (Smoky Eggplant) • Masala Alu (Potato cooked with 5 spices) • Puri (deep fried bread) • Jeera rice (cumin rice)

Cancellation Policy

Once a class has been booked and paid for, a refund will not be made, unless a refund request is made at least 10 days before the scheduled class. In such instances 50% of the class cost will be refunded. If the class is cancelled by Cumin Cook a full refund will be made.
