Service Description

Who does not love a buttery garlic Naan or a stuffed Kulcha. Both flat breads are usually cooked in a tandoor (clay oven). But today you will learn how to make Naan and Kulcha using your oven. You will learn how to knead, proof and use the dough to make a variety of Naans and Kulchas. You will also learn a few accompaniments to make your meal complete. Today you will learn: spicy chole, tangy mint chutney and enjoy the wholesome meal. • Mango lassi • Alu kulcha - leavened flatbread stuffed with a savoury potato filling • Garlic Naan - soft, bubbly flat bread with garlic and other condiments • Paneer makhani - panner cooked in a creamy tomato gravy - perfect with naan • Spicy chole - chickpeas flavoured with spices - usually eaten with kulcha

Cancellation Policy

Once a class has been booked and paid for, a refund will not be made, unless a refund request is made at least 10 days before the scheduled class. In such instances 50% of the class cost will be refunded. If the class is cancelled by Cumin Cook a full refund will be made.
