Service Description
Today’s class showcases Dosa - a dish loved by all Indians and famous across the globe! Rice and lentils are ground to a fine paste and then cooked to perfection on a heavy iron griddle. During this class you will also learn how to make two delicious chutneys • Masala Dosa - crisp lentil “pancakes” filled with spicy potato • Masala Alu - spicy potatoes used as a filling for dosa • Uttapam - a fluffy, soft dosa flavoured with onion and other aromatics • Pesaratu - mung bean “pancakes” flavoured with cumin and ginger • Coconut chutney - delicious chutney to eat along with dosa • Tomato chutney - delicious chutney to eat along with mung bean pesaratu
Cancellation Policy
Once a class has been booked and paid for, a refund will not be made, unless a refund request is made at least 10 days before the scheduled class. In such instances 50% of the class cost will be refunded. If the class is cancelled by Cumin Cook a full refund will be made.
